The Waterman Grille
Join us this weekend at the Waterman Grille! Waterman Grille is an out of this world waterfront dining restaurant located on the East Side of Providence at the Gatehouse. It’s a great spot to take in breathtaking views of the Harbor, and enjoy a delicious meal!
Several patrons have recommended the Waterman Grille’s award winning crab, as well as the duck, salmon and arugula dishes. The grille combines the unique flavors of comfort food with the local flare of produce from organic farmers markets. If weather is permitting, we recommend dining outside on the dock. We also hear the jalapeno chowder, and wood grilled vegetables are packed with extraordinary flavor. The Waterfront Grille is also known for their fantastic wine list, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
After you have finished dinner, check out the East Side of Providence! Take the kids to explore the Looff Carousel at Crescent Park, built in 1895! The carousel features more than 60 hand-carved figures designed by Charles I.D. Looff. The carousel was placed on the National Register of Historic Sites in 1976. Since it’s opening in 1895, more than 11.6 million people have enjoyed riding the carousel!
