Advantage
Unsinkable - Safety
While not every EdgeWater will venture beyond the inlet, every model is designed to do just that..

Unsinkable Closed-Cell Foam Flotation
Our first priority is building the safest boats on the water. Below our decks, all structural components and spaces are filled with 100% composite closed-cell PVC foam for maximum buoyancy and level flotation to make them unsinkable. Every EdgeWater, from the smallest to the largest, is completely self-bailing and has exceeded all industry standards for Unsinkable boats.

Deep Secure Hulls and Gunwales
EdgeWater's deep-V hulls are designed to run safely in the most extreme offshore environments. Decks and cockpits are also deeper and feature oversized rails and handholds for the ultimate in Unsinkable security.

Super-Strong, Proprietary Structural Systems
EdgeWater has developed some of the most advanced structural designs on the water. Utilizing opposing right angle beams, the composite foam and fiberglass reinforced stringers are permanently bonded to the hull, deck and transom to create a super-strong, one-piece, Unsinkable boat that can endure even the most extreme stresses.

Cutting-Edge Construction Innovation
On our largest, Unsinkable boats, where weight is critical for superior hull performance and fuel economy, Single Piece Infusion® achieves a strength-to-weight ratio significantly greater than on open-molded, polyester boats.* In SPI, our Penske Xtreme® high-density foam grid is vinylester resin infused at the same time as the hull to create an incredibly strong, one-piece structure. *According to Owens Corning laboratory results.

Highly-Reliable Components
We feel that a high level of reliability is critical to safety on the water. That's why every EdgeWater is rigged with industrial-grade electrical and plumbing components and all hardware is of the highest-grade materials and over-sized for increased durability. Most importantly, EdgeWater exclusively rigs Yamaha Four-Stroke outboards, the most reliable and technologically advanced engines on the water.
