Jim’s Dock Restaurant is considered by many to be one of the best waterfront, casual dining locations available in Rhode Island. Locals rave about the clam cakes, clam chowder, lobster bisque and lobster rolls! The restaurant serves generous portions of seafood with each of their dishes. You’ll also never have to worry about finding the perfect wine to accompany your meal because Jim’s Dock Restaurant allows you to bring your own bottle! The restaurant also allows other beverages for B.Y.O.B.

If the weather isn’t mild enough for you and your party, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining.  Also, keep in mind that the restaurant is only open from May until September/October, depending on the weather.

Before heading to Jim’s Dockside Restaurant, don’t forget to make a slip reservation at the marina for your EdgeWater Boat! If you’re not traveling with your boat but would like to make a short trip out on the water, the restaurant has several recreational charter boats available for scenic tours and fishing. Many of the fishing charter captains have anywhere from 20 to 40 years’ experience! Striped bass is a popular fish in Rhode Island waters!
